The Seafood Awards 2009 take place on 21 May 2009 at the Marriott, Grosvenor Square in London. This is the third time the Seafish initiative has run and it's designed to encourage enterprise and innovation throughout the seafood industry. Whether you are a processor, retailer, frier, fisherman, restaurateur, fishmonger or any other member of the industry, there is an award category to represent you. QFA  2008 logo The Quality Food Awards 2008 took place on 27 November at the Battersea Evolution in London. Now in their 29th year the Quality Food Awards are the most prestigious awards for food and drink products on sale in UK grocery outlets.
 
Retail Industry Awards 2008: about the awards
Retail awards Now entering their 13th year, the Retail Industry Awards have become firmly established as the “Oscars” of the grocery industry, rewarding excellence in a raft of retail categories. The 2008 Retail Industry Awards were held on 25 September at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. As always, the event was a unique occasion. The whole industry got together to recognise the smallest independent retailers alongside the largest supermarket groups.
