Highgrove Fine Foods has added two Cascina Belvedere Risottos to its range of ambient deli products produced specifically for specialist retailers.

The Risottos are produced at a family run rice farm near Milan in Northern Italy.

Prepared without added MSGs or preservatives, the Risottos remain full of flavour throughout their life due to the controls on the packaging.

The clear packaging allows consumers to view the contents while delivering exceptional taste and freshness in the true essence of Italian cuisine.

These new additions to the Highgrove Fine Foods range are based on a traditional Italian recipe with one containing Asparagus and one Porcini Mushrooms.

Each is quick and easy to prepare only needing the addition of a glass of wine plus water and ready in 20 minutes. With all the flavours of a great risotto available in the bag there is no fuss and no further shopping required for a quick tasty meal
